We are looking for you at our Giessen location as a

Accounts Receivable Specialist (m/f/d)

• Creating and sending written payment reminders via the Business Central ERP system
• Follow up on outstanding receivables by phone and in writing
• Maintaining our customers’ master data in the ERP system
• Communicating with internal departments such as Sales, Service, and Order Processing to resolve open items
• Handling insolvency proceedings and communicating with insolvency administrators
• Initiating judicial collection proceedings as needed
• Assisting with reporting on outstanding receivables for Controlling, particularly for our global subsidiaries

• Successfully completed vocational training in a business-related field, ideally as an Industrial Business Clerk (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in accounting or collections
• Proficiency with standard MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of accounts receivable management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central is a benefit
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Outgoing personality, friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organized work style
