Your tasks- Technical support for customer projects
- Advising our customers by telephone on the operation of measuring machines and isolating the cause of malfunctions
- Technical preparation of service calls on complex multisensor coordinate measuring machines in coordination with the specialist departments
- Telephone support for field service staff with technical questions
- Successfully completed studies in physics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar
- Several years of specialized professional experience
- Good knowledge of PC technology, electronics and mechanics
- Knowledge in the field of metrology applications is a benefit
- Foreign language skills in: English
- Systematic thinking for targeted analysis of technical contexts
