Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d)

• Preparing and maintaining employment and training contracts, addenda, references, and certificates according to templates
• Independently handling day-to-day HR management and administration (onboarding, checklists, filings, etc.)
• Assisting with applicant management (job postings, administrative applicant management and correspondence, scheduling)
• Serving as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding administrative and organizational HR matters
• Supporting commercial trainees (administrative guidance, serving as a point of contact, coordinating with functional departments and vocational schools)
• Preparing reports, overviews, and lists, as well as monitoring deadlines
• Maintaining personnel files and optimizing HR processes
• Support for HR projects and special assignments

• Completed commercial apprenticeship and at least 1–2 years of practical experience in HR
• Knowledge of labor law and experience drafting job postings is a benefit
• A structured, meticulous, and service-oriented approach to work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, and a high degree of discretion
• A training instructor certification is a benefit
