Commercial specialist for dunning (m/f/d)
As part of our receivables management, you will be responsible for the following tasks- Creating and sending written reminders via the ERP system Business Central
- Telephone and written follow-up of outstanding receivables
- Maintaining our customers' master data in the ERP system
- Communicating with internal departments such as sales, service and order processing to clarify open items
- Processing insolvency processes and communicating with insolvency administrators
- Initiation of legal dunning proceedings if required
- Contributing to the reporting of open receivables for Controlling, in particular for our global subsidiaries
- Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector, ideally as an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in accounting or dunning
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications
- Good knowledge in the field of receivables management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central software is a benefit
- Good written and spoken English skills
