Experienced Accountant (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to the German Commercial Code (HGB) for the parent company and subsidiaries
- Preparing tax returns and serving as the point of contact for auditors, banks, and tax authorities
- Maintaining liquidity planning and reporting to management
- Further developing accounting processes in close collaboration with the Controlling department
- Gradual assumption of leadership responsibilities according to onboarding
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with additional training as a certified accountant
- Several years of experience in financial accounting, preferably at a manufacturing company
- Very good knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and proficiency in preparing financial statements
- Proficiency with ERP systems and very good Excel skills
- Highly reliable with a structured, solution-oriented, and independent work style.
- Residence in Giessen or the surrounding area
