We are looking for you as:

Service technician (m/f/d) in internal service

According to an intensive training, you will take over the technical support and assistance of our service technicians in the field service. You will be the central point of contact for technical issues, coordinate assignments in consultation with the specialist departments and ensure a high level of service quality.

• Supporting our service technicians in the field service and abroad with technical questions via telephone and online access
• Technical preparation of service assignments on complex multisensor coordinate measuring machines
• Coordination with the specialist departments in development and production
• Coordination and prioritization of service calls
• Creation of instructions and other internal service documents
• Analyzing recurring malfunctions and coordinating suitable measures

• Completed training as a technician in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering or a comparable discipline
• Several years of professional experience with the technology of capital goods in the field of electronics and / or mechanics.
• Good knowledge of PC and network technology, knowledge of metrology applications is a benefit but not a requirement
• Systematic thinking and ability to analyze technical contexts
• Confident manner, communication skills and enjoy working in a team
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
