Virtually wobble-free rotation is achieved by using the Werth V Pro tool rotary device. Completely without chucks and therefore without the hassle of retooling between measurements, the V Pro is ideal for measuring diameter, circular run-out radial and mold close to production.
The tool guide in V prisms ensures that the tool rotates around its own shaft. This results in virtually no errors from the fixture system, as is usual with collets or jaw chucks. The sophisticated stop point at the shaftend is flexible and easily adjustable to all diameters in the range from 3 mm to 20 mm and does not require interchangeable stop plates. This enables short set-up times of just a few seconds between measurements.
Numerous improvements in design through consistent further development in recent years, such as the low-wear and replaceable support cylinders, ensure high reliability and availability even in three-shift operation.
