Benefits

Thanks to the combination of transmission tubes with 225 kV acceleration voltage and large, high-resolution detectors, the TomoCheck ® S HA (High Accuracy) enables 3D measurement of both multi-material assemblies and large-volume workpieces with high resolution and unprecedented accuracy. The basic design of the computed tomography coordinate measuring machine in granite, high-precision device mechanics and air bearing technology enable length measurement errors in the sub-micrometer range. Areas of application include micro-parts and workpieces made of plastic, light metal and graphite.

Minimization of the probing error of the X-ray sensor through a patented process
Resolutions in the 1/10 µm range are possible thanks to the diamond target tube and a detector with a high pixel count
The design and construction of the TomoCheck® S HA corresponds to full protection devices according to the Radiation Protection Ordinance
Additional application-specific sensors can be retrofitted
Standard-compliant calibration according to VDI 2617 for reliable and traceable measurement results, optionally with DAkkS certificate
