non-contact measuring system

non-contact metrology

Non-contact metrology means that no contact is necessary for the measurement of physical quantities. This makes it possible to measure sensitive workpieces as well as those with small features. Non-contact measurement eliminates the need for set-up, which is difficult with small or elastic parts.
