The highest accuracy in its machine class and compact external dimensions characterize the Werth TomoScope® S. With the large measuring range and high tube voltages, even large objects can be measured. The available X-ray tubes with transmission target offer a very small focal spot even at high tube power and thus maximum resolution at high measuring speed. Areas of application include high-density workpieces such as aluminum, steel, titanium, elastomers, hybrid plastics (e.g., glass fiber reinforced), ceramics, multi-materials (e.g., connectors), and assemblies.
